Eligibility for Returns

- The item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Customer-Paid Return Courier Costs
Customers are responsible for the return courier costs, which means you need to arrange and pay for the return shipping of the item, even when returning an item for a replacement.

Return Authorization
You will be responsible for arranging and paying for shipment upon accepting your return request. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you encounter a defective or damaged item or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from our return policy, including custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). If you have questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item, please get in touch with us.
Exchanges
To facilitate an exchange, you have two options:
- Fastest method:
- Return the item you have.
- Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
- Let us handle the exchange process:
- Return your existing item.
- You'll need to pay for shipment charges for the new item you've selected.
- If the replacement item is the same value as your original purchase, there won't be any additional charges, except for shipping costs.
- However, if your chosen replacement has a higher value than your original purchase, you'll be responsible for covering the price difference.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For merchandise being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Similar to our standard return policy, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically credited within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at customer.service@myhijab.co.uk.
